Approach
My approach as a therapist is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented. I strive to create a space where clients feel genuinely seen, supported, and understood while also helping them build a deeper understanding of themselves and their emotional experiences. I work with adults navigating anxiety, stress, grief, trauma, life transitions, and feelings of overwhelm.
My work is grounded in a combination of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed approaches. I help clients explore the connection between past experiences and present-day patterns, while also developing practical tools for emotion regulation, self-compassion, boundaries, and coping. I believe that increasing self-awareness and understanding the different “parts” of ourselves can be a powerful path toward healing, acceptance, and meaningful change.
I aim to meet clients with warmth, curiosity, and authenticity, and I value building a therapeutic relationship where clients feel safe enough to explore both challenges and growth.
